Rhonda Sue (Moore) Mason, 63, of Corydon, Iowa passed away on Monday, May 22, 2023 at the WayneCounty Hospital surrounded by her loved ones. Rhonda was born to Max and Patricia (Hellyer) Moore on September 18, 1959 in Corydon, Io Read Obituary
She had the best smile. I never ever see her without it. Truly a wonderful member to guide our Wayne county youngsters.
She will be so largely missed by all.

Rhonda was alway helpful, caring, kind, generous and PATIENT! She was always great with the kids in the library and had control without ever raising her voice. I never heard kids sass back to her. I think this speaks volumes....they respected her.
I also got to see her at work during 4H dog obedience training. Always patient and quietly encouraging the kids.
She touched a lot of lives and she'll be missed.

As her coach and teacher at Wayne Community I had great respect for Rhonda. Rhonda's Senior year on the Wayne Track team, she qualified for the State Track meet in 3 events. Unfortunately she suffered a leg injury before the meet. We tried all types of treatments but none worked out. Rhonda was unable to participate at the meet. Devastating for a Senior and Rhonda handled it well. Type of person Rhonda was. Our thoughts are with her family at this time. Jerry Wetzel

Rhonda was a terrific colleague. She was kind, knowledgeable, and willing to pitch in where needed. She was a listening ear during frustrating times, always offered a smile or a laugh, and was great to bounce ideas off of. As a community-minded friend, Rhonda, will be greatly missed!
