Ralph Van Dorn's Obituary
Ralph L. Van Dorn, 71 of Corydon and formerly of Centerville passed away, Thursday, April 25, 2019 at Corydon Specialty Care. Ralph was born to Ralph D. and Shirley M. (Duff) Van Dorn in Centerville on June 21, 1947. He attended Rathbun and Centerville Schools. Ralph enjoyed listening to music, discussing politics, religion, current events and time spent with his family. Survivors include sister, Charlotte Hernandez (Larry) of O'Fallon, Missouri, brother, Richard Van Dorn of Centerville, brother-in-law, Glen "Butch" Reeves of Graetting, Iowa, aunt, Natalie Davis of Rock Island, Illinois and numerous extended family. He was preceded in death by his sister, Carol Reeves and a sister-in-law, Dayna Van Dorn. Funeral service will be 11:00 am, Monday, April 29, 2017 at Thomas Funeral Home in Centerville with Rev. Dan Smith officiating. Interment will be in Dale Cemetery, north of Centerville. Visitation will be one hour prior to service on Monday from 10-11 am.
