Phillip Noble's Obituary
Phillip Clayton Noble, 76 of Seymour passed away Friday, February 19, 2021 at Mercy One - Des Moines.
Phillip was born to Vernon & Ruby (McMurry) Noble on August 9, 1944 in Iowa City, Iowa. He was united in marriage to Edith Ann Lorence in 1965, and to this union three children were born: Bryan, Kelly and Graham.
Farming was Phillip's passion and he took pride in the land he tended to. He could oftentimes be found down at the Elevator in Seymour, drinking coffee and socializing.
Left to cherish his memory are Phillip's children Bryan Noble and Kelly Lohman (James), grandchildren Samantha Peruski (Zack), Sarah and Bailey Noble and Alexander and Mackenzie Lohman, and numerous extended family. Preceding him in death are his wife Edith, son Graham Noble, and his parents.
Memorial service for Phillip will be held on Tuesday, June 15, 2021 at the Thomas Funeral Home in Seymour at 10:30 AM. Memorials may be made to the Seymour Methodist Church and condolences may be shared at www.thomasfh.com or www.facebook.com/thomasfuneralhome.
