When i think of Phil, I think of ball games Many many ball games over the years. Phil was never afraid to yell about a call , or criticize an official! RIP Phil.

Phil was a great man. My dad, John Banks, enjoyed so much playing cards at the barber shop. Us kids heard some pretty good stories from him about being up there. Seymour has lost a lot of good men in the past few years. They will not be forgotten. My thoughts and prayers are with the family at this difficult time.
I am so sorry to hear this sad news. Phil was always smiling, and very pleasant to be around, everyone liked him. Linda, and all of the family, my thoughts and prayers are with you all. One memory I have of Phil, is how excited he was when he and his grandson, Justin were fixing up Brian's car, and it was really special to them. Thinking of you all at this time. Warm Regards, Carolyn Hoxton

So sad to read this. Phil did my sons first haircut, but I had to wait til he was done with his hand. He was always great and would give the kids pocket change after each haircut. So will be missed.
