Pearl Seals' Obituary
Pearl Seals, 78 of Centerville passed away Friday, June 30, 2023 at Mercy One - Centerville.
Pearl was born on September 16, 1944 in Centerville, Iowa to Lorraine & Odetta (Admire) Seals. Pearl was a veteran of the United States Army Corps, serving his country from 1965 - 1968. On April 6, 1968; Pearl was united in marriage to Patsy Stephens in Rockdale, Texas. To this marriage, two daughters were born: Leona and Loretta.
Pearl owned and operated Seal's Contracting.
Pearl enjoyed fishing, hunting, spending time with his family, and poker nights with his friends.
Survivors include his daughters: Leona (Ryan) Walker, Loretta (Josh) McMahon.His grandchildren: Hiedi (Mason) Sutton, Mallory (Mike) Hatfield, Holden (Aaron) McVeigh, Mackenzey (Nick) Fogle, Logan (Sarah) Fogle, Tucker McMahon, Grayson McMahon, and 7 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Patsy Seals, Son-In-law, Steve Fogle, Parents Lorraine & Odetta (Admire) Seals, Brother Bud Seals, In-Laws Boyd and Ruby Stephens, Sister and Brother In-law Debbie (Jimmy) Mathews.
A private family burial will take place. A celebration gathering will be held Monday, July 3, 2023 at the Mystic Community Center from 12-2 pm. Memorials may be given to the family and condolences may be shared at www.thomasfh.com or facebook.com/thomasfuneralhome.
