Patricia A. Jones, 69 passed away Saturday, April 26, 2008 at her home in Mystic. Patricia was born to Clement & Angeline (Myers) Tuzsynski on March 23, 1939 in LaPorte, Indiana. She received her education from New Buffalo High School in New Buffalo, Michigan graduating in 1957. Patricia married E.C. Jones on August 23rd, 1957. She received her nursing degree from Indian Hills Community College on May 18, 1989. She worked as an L.P.N. for Golden Age Care Center and Corydon Care Center before retiring. Patricia was a member of the Mystic Booster Club, Mystic Hot Meals and enjoyed playing BINGO and time spent with her family, especially her grandkids. Patricia is survived by her husband E.C. Jones, four children; Mike Jones(Lisa), Cliff Jones(Martha), Angela Howe(Greg), Toni Surber(Roger), 14 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren all from Mystic. She is also survived by a step-mother, Ruth Tuszynski and a step-brother Frank Tuszynski and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, son, Ted Jones, grandson, Joshua Jones, brother, Clem'Sonny' Tuszynski and a sister Sharon Stewart. Funeral service will be 2 p.m., Wednesday, April 30 at Thomas Funeral Home with Pastor David Welch officiating. Visitation will be 1 hour prior from 1-2 p.m.. Interment will be in Highland Cemetery in Mystic.
