In loving memory of my favorite Aunt. If I wasn't at home, I was at your house. You helped shape me into the person I am today. I cherish the memories of playing cards, eating mac & cheese, laughing and just sitting around your kitchen table talking. I'm sorry I cannot be in attendance to honor such a wonderful lady. Please know that I am thinking of all of you and Aunt Pat will be in my heart forever. Love and miss you all. Charla Posted by Charla Hayes Gomez - Camarillo, CA - Niece July 12, 2011
from when I first met her, til she moved in with Helen & Jess - which at that time was across the street from me - Pat was always a riot and you could tell she enjoyed every minute of being with her family and friends. She will be missed and I am praying for strength and comfort for you Helen and for your entire family. Love, Shari Posted by Shari Howard - friend July 12, 2011
Helen, I just wanted to express my sincere sympathy to your and your family. I lost both of my parents this year so I do understand your grief. It has been many years since I knew your mother but I remember her smile and laughter. Hold your precious memories in your heart and know that she touched many lives with her kindness and love. My prayers are with you. Elaine Spurgeon Posted by Elaine Spurgeon - Reno, NV - Friend July 12, 2011

My sympathy to the Hayes family for the loss of a wonderful lady. Pat was like an aunt to me as well since I was always with Charla when we would go visit. She treated me just like one of her own. She was so funny and I remember how us kids loved teasing her and she would tease right back. I can still hear her laugh. She (and Ronald) will never be forgotten. Aunt Pat was always the life of the party. She opened her home to all of us to camp out when my Grandpa Zimmer passed away many years ago. She made us all welcome. Our family has many fond memories of Aunt Pat and Uncle Ronald. Condolences to the family. On behalf of my brothers and sisters, the children of Bueford Hayes, we want you to know you are in our prayers. Posted by Cindy Hayes Parker - Shelbyville, TN - Niece July 30, 2011
