O.B. Turnbow's Obituary
O. B. Turnbow, age 69, of Moulton, Iowa, died Tuesday, February 17, 2004, at Centerville Nursing & Rehab Center in Centerville, Iowa. He was born the son of John and Mattie (Saunders) Turnbow on April 11, 1934 in Bowie, Texas. He graduated from Bowie, Texas High School.On December 13, 1989, he was united in marriage to Connie Crow in Fulton, Missouri. During his lifetime, he was employed by Kiowa Electric Company as a lineman. He loved the State of Texas and the Dallas Cowboys. O. B. was preceded in death by his parents; five brothers, including, Ray Turnbow on September 1, 1996 and one sister.He is survived by his wife, Connie Turnbow, of Moulton, Iowa; son, Bret Turnbow of Sanger, Texas; step-sons, Eddie Jones of Milan, Missouri and Robert Jones of Moulton, Iowa; nephew, Larry Turnbow of Lake Dallas, Texas; sister-in-law, Betty Turnbow of Memphis, Missouri; and one grandchild.Graveside services will be held on Saturday, February 21, 2004 at 10:00 AM at the Hickory Grove Cemetery in Arbela, Missouri with Rev. Jeryl Bennett officiating. Visitation will be held on Friday, February 20, 2004 from 1 till 8 PM at the Schmidt Family Funeral Home in Moulton, Iowa with the family present from 6 till 8 PM.
