Milton Stout's Obituary
Milton Stout, age 91, of Centerville, Iowa, died Saturday, December 4, 2010 at Golden Age Care Center in Centerville. He was born the son of George Albert and Alice Lee (Ramsey) Stout on May 30, 1919 in Jane, Missouri. He received his education in Grove, Oklahoma.Milton served his country proudly in the United States Army from June of 1941 until his honorable discharge in September 1945, he was a Staff Sergeant. On June 10, 1945, He was united in marriage to Dorothy Timion at the Janesville Methodist Church in Janesville, Iowa. He farmed in the Janesville area for over 31 years. Then in May of 1976, they moved to Centerville, Iowa where he was a member of the Solid Rock Church of God in Centerville.He is preceded in death by: his parents; a brother, John Stout; sisters, Ava Richardson, Juanita Davenport, Armina Gandy and Edith Richardson.Milton is survived by: his wife, Dorothy Stout of Centerville, Iowa; daughters, Patricia Dahle and her husband, Steven of Rockford, Illinois and Darlene Busch and her husband, Robert of Blue Eye, Missouri; grandchildren, Rob Busch and his wife, Michele of Centerville, Iowa, Michelle Warmbrodt of Ballwin, Missouri and Laurinda Karston and her husband, Ken of Chicago, Illinois; five great grandchildren; a brother, Willard and his wife, Helen Stout of Camdenton, Missouri.Memorial services will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be sent the Milton and Dorothy Stout Scholarship Fund at Centerville Community Schools and can be mailed to or left at the Schmidt Family Funeral Home in Centerville, Iowa.
