Keith's reliably calm, clear-headed demeanor was just one outward reflection of an admirable, inner strength, a particularly noticeable strength which served him well in his pursuits and very many accomplishments, and stayed with him through his days. This inner stability served, too, to make him the loved and respected model he was to his family and to others who had the pleasure of knowing him.
You had the contentment of knowing a life well lived, Brother-in-Law and Master Chief Lindley. Thank you for your ongoing example, Keith.

Papaw wasn't too happy when Stevie married a "Navy man", but it didn't take long for him to realize that "Big Sister" picked a good one! He was always a great brother-in-law to me, and in the time since Stevie's passing, he and Joy have remained a close part of the Grimes family. My heart goes out to the Lindley family during this time of the loss of their patriarch. We will all miss Keith in our lives.
