Mildred Elaine Rinehart's Obituary
Mildred Elaine Rinehart age 96, from Richmond, Virginia, and a former Centerville, Iowa resident, died Thursday, November 4, 2010 at Westport Convalescent Center in Richmond Virginia. She was born the daughter of James and Olive (Close) Campbell in Numa, Iowa. She graduated from Centerville High School and then received her AA Degree at Centerville Junior College. After gradation she then attended one year at American Institute of Business in Des Moines, Iowa.On June 13, 1942, she was united in marriage to Wayne Eugene Rinehart in Chillicothe Missouri. Mildred retired as a secretary at the Anaheim School District in Anaheim,California. She was a member of the Rebekah Lodge for over 50 years and was a 50 year member of the Magnolia Baptist Church in Anaheim, California.Mildred is preceded in death by: her parents; husband, Wayne E. Rinehart on March 4, 2007; brothers, James and Lawrence Earle Campbell; and a sister, Virginia.She is survived by: son, Larry James Rinehart and his wife, Jill of Bakersfield, California and a daughter, Linda Cross and her husband Jerry of Glen Allen, Virginia; grandchildren, Alisa and Chip Rinehart, Lisa Guriddi, Jeannie Hicks and Debra Wickham; great-grandchildren, Cody, Jessica, Daniel, Bradley, and Angelina.Funeral Services will be held Monday, November 8, 2010 at 11:00 AM at the Schmidt Family Funeral Home in Centerville, Iowa with Rev. Lloyd Johnston officiating. Burial will follow in the Concord Cemetery near Plano, Iowa.
