Her siblings were William, Clyde, Wilma, Swede, Doug and Baby Bernice Smith. Mildred attended Seymour High School and married Floyd Edwin Hudson on June 27, 1943. Four children were born to this union: Connie, Bryan, Everette, and Becky. Millie won her battle January 12, 2011 on this side and joined her beloved husband Floyd in heaven. She will be greatly missed. Her family and friends will remember her warm smile, silly exercises, terrific dancing, kisses, delicious home cooked meals, little sayings of humor, fishing, canning green beans, playing cards and their long talks with her. Millie was preceded in death by her parents, husband Floyd Hudson, son Everette Hudson, grandson Loren Lee Hudson, brothers William and Swede and sisters Wilma Shelly and Bernice Smith. She is survived by her children: Connie Coleman and husband Harold, Bryan Hudson and wife Diana, and Becky Walker and husband Rick, 12 grandchildren, many great grandchildren and a few great great grandchildren. Other survivors include her brothers Clyde and Doug Smith. As we celebrate this reunion with Millie may we continue to remember what made her special. She taught us giving through her actions of hospitality and love. She unselfishly cared for her family and friends. She never met a stranger and she truly loved everyone. It didn't matter who was coming or where they were going, she would make a favorite pie for them. Everyone that knew Millie was truly blessed.
