Michael D. Wakefield's Obituary
Michael David Wakefield, age 56, of Centerville, Iowa, died Wednesday, May 27, 2015, at Mercy Medical Center in Centerville. He was born the son of William 'Billy Joe' and Beverly (Reichenberg) Wakefield on September 10, 1956 in Vallejo, California. After moving to Centerville, Michael could be seen riding his bicycle around the Centerville Square stopping in and visiting the area merchants. He was preceded in death by: his mother; and a sister, Jeanne Michelle Wakefield on January 19, 1963.Michael is survived by: his father of Salt Lake City, Utah; a sister, Joan Forstner of Gillette, Wyoming; and a aunt, Sue Bailey of Plano, Iowa.Graveside services will be held at 10am, Saturday, May 30, 2015 at the Crossroads Cemetery west of Plano, Iowa.
