Michael Cappell's Obituary
Michael Cappell, 18, of Chillicothe, Missouri, passed away on June 10, 2018. Michael was born on April 21, 2000 in Kansas City, Kansas to Carrie Ewing and Dennis Cappell. Michael graduated from Chilicothe High School this spring and was currently working as a stocker at Wal-Mart before attending college in the fall. Michael had infectious energy. He enjoyed dancing, drama class and was a member of the Choraliers. He was a respectful and hardworking young man who loved life and enjoyed spending time with his family and many friends. Michael is survived by his mother, Carrie Ewing; father, Dennis Cappell; twin brother, Matthew Cappell; sister, Mya Robles; brothers: Maurice and Marcus Brown; grandparents: Paul Ewing and Lorretta Beghtol as well as many other extended family members. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Darlene Ewing and great grandparents: Donald and Ruby Ewing and Lawrence and Jeanette Brinegar. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 14, 2018 at Thomas Funeral Home in Centerville, Iowa. Interment will immediately follow at Fairview Cemetery in Unionville, Iowa. Visitation will take place from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at Thomas Funeral Home.
