Michael 'Cheek' Adams, 34, of Cincinnati passed away Monday August 8, 2016 at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines. Survivors include his mother, Daphne Fondaw and her husband Charlie of Cincinnati, son, Damon Adams of Centerville, sister, Sarah Fondaw of Brazil, Iowa, grandparents, Larry & Sandra Adams of Exline, great grandma, Minnie Ferguson of Centerville and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, sister, Veronica Lee Watson Adams and a great grandfather, Carl 'Pap' Eugene Ferguson. Funeral service will be 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 10, 2016 at Thomas Funeral Home - 501 North 18th Street - Centerville, Iowa 52544 (formerly Schmidt Family Funeral Home).
