Mary Lou Exline Obituary's Obituary
Mary Lou Exline, 61 of Centerville lost her battle with pancreatic cancer on Saturday, July 17, 2010 at Golden Age Care Center. Mary was born to Ralph & Mary (Lawson) Covington on December 9, 1948 in Centerville. She received her education from Centerville Schools. She worked at McGraw-Edison in Centerville, and after her children were born she stayed home to care for them. Later she worked as Assistant Manager at Casey's in Seymour and as Front Desk Clerk at Super 8 in Centerville. Mary enjoyed cooking, playing video, board, and card games with her children and grandchildren, watching her Soap Operas, knitting, and crocheting. Mary is survived by three children; Mary Bea Williamson of Centerville, Donald D. Exline (Melody) of Ottumwa, Daniel Lee Exline of Lacrosse, Wisconsin; five grandchildren, Donna Jean Exline of Russell, Joshua Dell Williamson, William Franklin Williamson, Ashley Ann Williamson all of Centerville and Xavier Lee Exline of Ottumwa. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Richard Covington and a sister, Pam Covington. A memorial service will be held 11:00 a.m., Saturday, July 24, 2010 at Thomas Funeral Home with Rev. Walter King officiating.
