Margaret Lucille Spencer Margaret Lucille Spencer, 79, of Joshua, Texas passed away on January 8, 2011. Margaret was known by her middle name Lucille and was born near Genoa, Iowa on December 1, 1931, to Hazel Hickerson and Maurice Parker. She worked as a computer programmer in the insurance industry and retired in 1996. She relocated to Texas in 1978 with her second husband and was very active in a local equestrian riding club. She was also an avid auto racing fan, attending many events around the country. She is preceded in death by her 2nd husband, Wilson Woodruff, 3rd husband, Doyne Spencer and her son Shannon Woodruff. Mrs. Spencer is survived by her daughter, Deanna McKeehan and husband, Mack; sons Paul Isaacson, John Isaacson and wife Anita, and Dan Isaacson; sisters Doris Lapaglia, Patricia Stoneking and Donna Ballas; and brothers Howard Parker and Charles Parker; and three grandchildren.
