Marcia Irene Thompson's Obituary
Marcia Irene Thompson, daughter of John and Maggie (Ripper) Klinger was born on June 21, 1913 near Harvard. She passed away on Tuesday, November 29, 2016 at Corydon Specialty Care. She graduated from Allerton High School and taught school for several years. On September 25, 1940 Marcia was united in marriage to Harold Thompson. They lived on a farm south of Corydon. She was preceded in death by her husband on April 19, 1987, her parents, brothers; John, Albert, Emmett and Murl, sisters; Ella Niday, Ola Cobb and Leona Gould. She is survived by her nieces, nephews and many friends. Graveside service will be Thursday, December 1, 2016 at the Corydon cemetery with Pastor Brenda Crossfield officiating. Memorials may be given to Christ the Servant Lutheran Church of Corydon. Condolences may be shared at www.thomasfh.com.
