Louise Hudson, 84 of Centerville passed away Monday, March 28, 2011 at Centerville Nursing & Rehab. Louise was born in Unionville, Missouri on October 6, 1926 to Paul & Marie (Wilson) Davis. She married Dwain Hudson on October 12, 1944 in Arkansas. He preceded her in death on August 5, 1980. Louise was a homemaker and enjoyed quilting, crocheting and time spent with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren. Louise is survived by three children; Gary Hudson(Noni McGee) of Knoxville, Carol Phillips(Ed) of Centerville, Philip Hudson(Kathy) of Mystic, eight grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, brother, Keith Davis(Dorothy) of Grinnell, sister, Eileen Connealy(Jim) of Gilman, Iowa and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Dwain, daughter, Donna Corbett, daughter-in-law, Susan Hudson, grandsons, Mike & Mark Hudson, brother Howard Davis and two sisters; Mary Ruth Routier and Elaine Probasco. Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m., Thursday, March 31, 2011 at Thomas Funeral Home with Rev Eric Hoover officiating. Visitation will be all day Wednesday with the family present from 6-8 p.m. at Thomas Funeral Home. Interment will be in Mt. Ararat Cemetery.
