Lola Fadiga's Obituary
Lola Fadiga, 65 of Centerville passed away Saturday, February 8, 2025 at Mercy One - Centerville.
Lola was born to Lowell & Wanda (Doby) Lacina in Gilman, Iowa on May 10, 1959. She would later move to the Centerville area with her parents and receive her education from Centerville Schools, graduating in 1978.
Lola was united in marriage to Jack Fadiga on October 20, 1979. The two made their home in Centerville. Lola worked independently as a house/business cleaner in Centerville for years. In her spare time, she enjoyed time with her family and friends and loved being with her dogs. Lola also enjoyed riding horses, camping and traveling with Jack.
Survivors include her spouse of 45 years, Jack; many nieces and nephews; sister-in-law, Jane Craver (Tom); brothers-in-law, Joe Fadiga (Patti), Jeff Fadiga (Melinda); and her dogs, Charley, Blue and Sage.
She was preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Dennis Lacina, Norma Baker, Corita Kesl; father and mother-in-law, Charles & Roberta Fadiga; and brothers-in-law, Jerry Fadiga and John Fadiga.
Funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM, Thursday, February 13, 2025 at Thomas Funeral Home in Centerville. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service from 9-11:00 AM at the funeral home.
