Lisa Ann Bowen's Obituary
Lisa Ann Bowen, age 51, of Moravia, passed away Wednesday, July 19, 2017 at the Monroe County Hospital in Albia.
Lisa was born on July 31, 1965 in Moline, Illinois, the daughter of Jim Bowen and Reta Brown. She graduated from Centerville High School with the Class of 1983.
Lisa is survived by her parents, Jim (Darlene) Bowen and Reta (Don) Havard; her children, Ashley Nail, Kandus (Mathew Boland) Jellison, Raelynn Nail, Justin (Ciara) Richmond and Seth Swarts; sisters, Kathy (John) Bailey, Tanya (Kenney) Davis, Stacy (Jason) Winans, and Jana (Justin) VanMaaren; a step sister, JoAnnaVeach; a step brother, Jon Foster; granddaughters, Macy Lippert and Kelly Logsdon; a special friend, David Elston; a host of nieces, nephews, friends and other family members; as well as many many furbabies.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents; a stepfather, Denis Pfannebecker; and her best friend, Tammy Marvin.
A Celebration of Life servicewill be held at 1:00PM, Sunday, July 23, 2017at Lange Funeral Home and Crematory in Centerville with Joel Davis and Pastor Dennis Doud officiating. Inurnment will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery in Moravia.A visitation will take place Sunday, July 23, 2017 from 12:00-1:00PM at Lange Funeral Home and Crematory in Centerville. Memorials have been established to the Lisa Bowen Memorial, and may be mailed to Lange Funeral Home and Crematory, 1900 South 18th Street, Centerville, Iowa 52544.
