Linda Jondle's Obituary
Linda Jondle, 67, died Sunday, September 1, 2019 at her home in Corydon. She was born on February 14, 1952 in Fort Dodge. She attended schools in Webster City, Humboldt and Seymour where she graduated in 1970. Linda worked in several workshops, the most recent being New Focus in Centerville. She was presently attending Tennco in Centerville. Linda never knew a stranger and was willing to help when needed. She was proud of the fact that she was learning sign language so she could help others. She was a member of the Seymour United Methodist Church and ZCBJ Lodge. Linda is survived by her parents, Leonard and Jo Jondle, three sisters: Bonnie Wray, Carol Russell and Paula Pershy, two brothers: Bruce Jondle and Brian Jondle, a special friend Danny Jones, several nieces and nephews and other relatives and many friends. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, September 6, 2019 at Thomas Funeral Home in Corydon with Pastor Shawn LaRue officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service from 1-2 p.m. Interment will take place at Elkhorn Township Cemetery in rural Fort Dodge. Memorials may be given to Wayne County ARC.
