Larry Dean Carson's Obituary
Larry Dean Carson, age 67, of Centerville died Wednesday, August 20, 2008 at the Golden Age Care Center in Centerville. He was born October 5, 1940 in Centerville, Iowa to Paul and Marie (Clester) Carson. He was united in marriage to Judy Donovan June 4, 1961 and they later divorced.
Larry grew up in Cincinnati and was a graduate of Cincinnati High School and went on to receive his barber certification. He worked as a barber with Lyle Warren until health issues ended his career. He was affiliated with the Dale Church north of Centerville and enjoyed hunting, fishing and playing cards with his friends.
He is survived by a son, Mark (Beverly) Carson and one daughter, Candy Vanderheyden of Elgin, Illinois. Also surviving Larry is a twin sister, Kay Brown of Centerville, and two nieces and their families.
Larry was preceded in death by his parents.
