Julie Cardani's Obituary
Julie Kay Cardani was born June 27, 1957, in Davenport, Iowa, the daughter of Joseph and Shirley Hayes Cardani. She was baptized at the Holy Family Church in Davenport July 14, 1957. When she was four years of age the family moved to Council Bluffs, Iowa where they resided for three years. After briefly living in New Mexico the family moved to Centerville, Iowa, in 1963, where Julie graduated from high school with the class of 1975.

As an animal lover, she loved caring for and watching the antics of their many pets, especially enjoying their horses race across the fields. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Centerville, Iowa, where in the past she served as church organist for many years.
Julie died at her home in Centerville after losing her twenty one month battle with throat cancer, surrounded by her loving family, November 4, 2005. At the time of her death she had been blessed with 48 years, 4 months and 7 days. In death, Julie joins her paternal grandparents, Joe and Bertha Cardani, maternal grandparents, Clyde and Mary Hayes and her sister, Linda Cardani, who died in 1979, and Dwight's parents, Ralph and Fanchen Pfannebecker, and his brother, Denis Pfannebecker .
