Judy Ann Morris' Obituary
Judy Ann Morris, age 75, of Centerville, Iowa, died Thursday, September 18, 2014, at Mercy Medical Center in Centerville, She was born the daughter of Adolph H. and Julia Elaine (Buban) Rampelberg on July 3, 1939 in Centerville, Iowa. She graduated from the Centerville Community High School.On September 14, 1957, Judy was united in marriage to Jack Morris in Centerville. She worked at St. Joseph's Hospital and for Dr. Ritter both in Centerville, and later would work over seven years at Michele's Fine Jewelry also in Centerville. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and has been in the church choir since she was in 2nd grade and for a time, was the Choir Director. She was also a member of the Hospital Auxiliary. She is preceded in death by: her parents and her husband, Jack Morris on December 4, 1994.Judy is survived by: daughter, Michele Meanley and her husband, Branch of Hallieford, Viriginia, granddaughter, Alexis Cisler and her husband, Charlie and great grandchildren, Abbie and Brady Cisler, granddaughter, Elycse Hudson and great grandchildren, Ava and Asher Hudson; son, Mike Morris and his wife, Keri of Shakopee, Minnesota, grandson, Steven Morris, granddaughter, Chelsy Butler and her husband, Zach and great granddaughter, Kierstynn Butler and granddaughter, MacKenzie Morris and Allison Morris; son, Patrick Morris of Williamsburg, Iowa, grandson, Zachary Morris and granddaughter, Isabella Morris; daughter, Linda Johnson and her husband, George of Centerville, Iowa and grandson, Connor Scully; a brother, Adolph 'Gene' Rampelberg of Slinger, Wisconsin. Mass of Christian burial will be held at 11 am, Monday, September 22, 2014 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Centerville, Iowa with Fr. Mike Volkmer officiating. Burial will be at Haines Cemetery north of Centerville. Visitation will be held from 2 pm until 8 pm on Sunday, September 21, 2014 at the Schmidt Family Funeral Home in Centerville with the family present from 6 till 8 pm.Memorials can be made to a Scholarship Fund that is being set up at this time and can be mailed or left at the funeral home.
