Joyce Wright's Obituary
Joyce Wright, 72, of Centerville, Iowa passed away March 28, 2014 at Mercy Medical Center. Joyce was born on January 19, 1942 to John and Icel (Richmond) Wright in Unionville, Missouri. She received her education at Cincinnati High School. She was a member of the Cincinnati Community Church. She had many hobbies; including reading, drawing, singing and playing guitar. She also found joy in going to garage sales, sewing, and growing flowers. Joyce especially loved to spend time with her grandchildren, great grandchildren, and her dog Shadow. Joyce is survived by her six children; Juwan Terry, Pegi Terry, Mary Ann Riddick all of Centerville, Rodney Terry, Rodale (Pat) Cossolotto, Rebecca Clark all of Cincinnati, and her companion, Newt Thomas of Cincinnati, 12 grandchildren; Jayln Morrison, Landon (Erica) Morrison, Chloie Smith, Evy (Mike) Elam, David (Tina) Boley, Tristan and Connor Graham, Michaela, Emily, and Kaydee Cossolotto, Joseph Hull, Zane Clark, 11 great-grandchildren; Tyler Morrison, Calvin Smith, Amber and Lexi Vulagmott, Micah and Michaela Elam, Chassidy, Manny, George, Davis and Gerrick Boley, 3 sisters; Sandy Kay (Elliotte) Lancaster of Iconium, Billie Sue(Charles) Downen of Kirksville, MO, Genny Wright of Moravia, one brother, Joe (Noreen) Wright of Muscatine, and one sister-in-law Dee Wright of Centerville. She was preceded in death by her parents, 3 brothers; James, Johnny, and Jerry Wright, one grandson, Manny Geo Boley and one great grandson, David Boley. Services for Joyce will be 10:00 a.m., Thursday, April 3, 2014 at Thomas Funeral Home with Pastor Mark Walsh officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday evening from 5-7 p.m. at Thomas Funeral Home.
