Joseph Gosmyer, 79, of Moulton passed away Sunday, August 4, 2013 at his home. Survivors include; two children: Sandy (Rick) Gooden of Moulton, Michael Gosmyer of Kirksville, Missouri, four grandchildren: Joni Lawler of Des Moines, Danny (Teresa) Gooden of Ottumwa, Jo Lynn (Marty) Lunsford of Kirksville, Missouri, Mercades Riggles of Kirksville, Missouri and eight grandchildren. He was preceded by his parents and wife, Martha Gosmyer. A memorial service will be 3:30 p.m., Wednesday, August 7, 2013 at Orleans Church near Moulton with Rev. Jerry Weller officiating. Inurnment will be in Swan Lake Memorial Gardens in Peoria, Illinois. Memorials may be given to the family.
