John Herbert Weishaar, 47, passed away Sunday, June 13, 2010 at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines. John was born on September 21, 1962 in Rockford, Illinois. He graduated from Centerville High School in 1980 and was a lifelong resident of Centerville. John enjoyed spending time with family and friends and was an avid Yankees and Green Bay Packer fan. He will be greatly missed. John is survived by four children: Brandy Roush (Kyle) of Drakesville, Carl Pasco of Centerville, Travis Weishaar of Drakesville and Kennedy Weishaar of Mystic, 3 grandchildren: Ayden Roush, Leland Roush and Faith Pasco, brother Gary Lavon of Los Angeles, California, sister Andrea Tilley of Corydon and his companion Joni Belzer of Mystic. He is preceded in death by his mother, Pauline Weishaar. Funeral services will be 2:30 p.m., Thursday, June 17, 2010 at Thomas Funeral Home. Visitation will be one hour prior.
