John Laughlin's Obituary
John D. Laughlin, age 76 of Seymour, Iowa, formerly of Unionville, Missouri, died Saturday, September 6, 2014 at Continental Care Center, Seymour, Iowa.
He was born September 28, 1937 to George and Helen (Wycoff) Laughlin in Putnam County, Missouri. John graduated from Putnam County High School. He was united in marriage to Linda Wolfe March 15, 1970 in Chariton, Iowa.
John owned and operated Laughlin Electronic Repair for 15-20 years. He was also a farmer, along with his hobbies of gardening and raising peanuts. He was a member of the Springtown Church.
John is survived by his wife, Linda Laughlin of Seymour, Iowa; and a sister, Anna M. Cowan of Unionville, Missouri.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, George Laughlin.
