JoAnne Jennings, age 63, of Centerville, Iowa, died Friday, June 12, 2009 at Golden Age Care Center in Centerville. She was born the daughter of Chester Lee and Cleo (Cherry) Jennings on July 7, 1945 in Decatur, Illinois.She was a homemaker, and has call the Golden Age Care Center her home since 1985. She was preceded in death by: her father, C.L. Jennings on May 27, 1985 and her mother, Cleo Jennings on March 1, 2006.JoAnne is survived by her cousins, Louis Zoeller of Louisville, Kentucky and Katherine Via of Mount Washington, Kentucky.Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, June 16, 2009 at 10 am at the Schmidt Family Funeral Home in Centerville, Iowa with Rev. Lloyd Johnston officiating. Burial will follow in the Fairview Cemetery south of Unionville, Iowa. Visitation will be held on Monday, June 15, 2009 from 4 pm till 8 pm at the funeral home. The family will be present from 6 pm till 8 pm. Memorials can be made to the Golden Age Center's Activity Fund and left at or mailed to the funeral home in Centerville.
