Jo Ann Foglesong's Obituary
Jo Ann Foglesong, age 49, of Moulton, Iowa died Tuesday September 18, 2007 at her home.
Jo Ann was born December 19, 1957, the daughter of Joe and Barbara (Singleton) Slack in Corydon, Iowa. She was raised in Chariton and attended Chariton Schools. Jo Ann married Clayton (Lynn) Foglesong on September 10, 1976 in Centerville, Iowa. She enjoyed gardening, reading and spending time outdoors.
Jo Ann is survived by her husband; three children, Jeremy Foglesong, Shane Foglesong, and Crystal Foglesong all of Centerville, Iowa; three grandchildren, Karyle McElvain, Gabriel Collis, and Morgan Collis; two sisters, Cheryl (Dennis) Boothe of Colorado, Rhonda (Gene) Simmons of Russell, Iowa; a father-in-law, Ira Foglesong of Moulton, Iowa; Brother-in-laws, Larry Foglesong, Lonnie Foglesong, Bobby Foglesong, Claire Foglesong, Phil Foglesong and Sheila Coffman; and nieces and nephews, Nikki, Missie, Gena, Dusty, Denny, Joel, and Brianna. She was preceded in death by her parents; a baby brother, Edward Joseph Slack; a mother-in-law, Juanita Foglesong; and a sister-in-law, Dixie Everett.
Funeral services will be held 1:30 PM Saturday, September 22, 2007 at the Thomas Lange Funeral Home, Centerville, Iowa. A visitation will be held Friday with family present from 6-8 PM at the funeral home. Burial will follow at a later date at the Exline Cemetery. A memorial has been established to the family's choice and may be left at or mailed to the Thomas Lange Funeral Home, 1900 S. 18th St., Centerville, Iowa 52544.
