JEANNETTIE CHAPMAN's Obituary
Jeannettie Chapman Jennettie Chapman was born January 15, 1912 and was 98 years, 11 months, and 21 days old when she died January 5, 2011. She was the only child of George Chapman and Martha (Wright) Chapman. She made her home in Mercer, Missouri for 20 years and then became a resident of Pearls Eden for Elders II at Princeton, Missouri for 1 years. Jeannettie never married but loved and cared for many people and children. She worked one year as a teacher at a small country school and then became a caretaker for new mothers and for elderly people in their homes. Her life was dedicated to caring for others. Jeannettie was a member of Clio Methodist Church and taught Sunday School and held various offices in the church. Her survivors in the area cousins Charles and Bettie Hemenway and family of Mercer, Missouri, Donald and Hazel Rockhold and family of Lineville, Iowa, Ralph Shin and family of Thayer, Iowa, Patsy Ruth Hemenway (widow of George Hemenway) and her family, To send flowers or a memorial gift to the family of JEANNETTIE CHAPMAN please visit our Sympathy Store.
