Jay Paul Redd Jessop-Trahan passed away March 30, 2009 at Mercy Medical Center in Centerville.
Jay Paul was born on March 30, 2009, the son of Susan Jessop and Jason Trahan.
Jay Paul is survived by his parents; two brothers, Jacob Jessop of Centerville, Iowa, and Gabriel Trahan of Missouri; a sister, Story Smith of Missouri; a god sister, Taylor Johnson; three grandmas, Pam Jessop of Centerville, Iowa, Pamela Foles of Texas, Linda Blake and Junior of Cincinnati, Iowa; two great grandmas, Dora Sistern of Chariton, and Mary Davison of Centerville, Iowa; several aunts; uncles; cousins; and a God Mother.
He was preceded in death by his grandpa, Roscoe ""Rocky"" Jessop; great grandfathers, Ray Davison, Raymond Sistern, and Jay Redd; great grandma, Rosalee Redd; an uncle, Curtis Clinkenbeard, an aunt, Dana Trahan; and a god sister, Makya Wood.
A private memorial and burial of the cremains will be held at the Ottumwa Cemetery. Memorials for the family may be left at or mailed to 227 East VanBuren, Centerville, Iowa 52544. Local arrangements were handled by the Lange Funeral Home in Centerville, Iowa.
