James Dove Dove's Obituary
James Lewis Dove III, age 43 of Centerville, Iowa passed away Saturday, February 1, 2014 at Mercy Medical Center in Centerville.
He was born on March 21, 1970 in Denver, Colorado to James Dove and Paula Stafford. James worked for Adolph Coors in Colorado for five years. He married Rachael Hudson on April 19, 1999 in Colorado.
James and Rachael eventually relocated to Iowa. He was an avid fan of both soccer and football. James was a lifelong fan of the Denver Broncos. He also enjoyed collecting both NASCAR and Star Wars memorabilia.
He is survived by his wife, Rachael Dove of Centerville, Iowa; his mother, Paula Stafford (Harry Reed) of Promise City, Iowa; his father, James (Joyce) Dove II of Quincy, Florida; and a brother, Timothy Dove (Kay) of Quincy, Florida.
James was preceded in death by his grandparents.
A memorial service will be held at 2 PM Thursday, February 6, 2014 at Lange Funeral Home and Crematory in Centerville with Pastor Brian Hargrave officiating. Burial will follow in the Hillcrest Cemetery in Moravia, Iowa. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions have been established to the Family of James Dove and may be given to Lange Funeral Home and Crematory, 1900 S. 18th St., Centerville, Iowa, 52544.
