When Joe and I were first married and before we had kids, we used to play cards with Jim & Lois and Pickle & Gil at the Carter's house. They were neighbors and we enjoyed playing with them. This is where I learned to play 4-point pitch. Jim built 2 frames for me around a couple of puzzles that we have. I will treasure those forever - and after 28 years, I still have them hanging in our rec room. My heart is heavy but also happy that he will be with Lois for eternity. What a wonderful man!
