I am honored and blessed to have known Jim. He was always there to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. His smile was contagious and he was always a pleasure to be around. He made me laugh for hours with his fantastic joke telling ability. He was a true gem. My sincere condolences go out to Eleanor and all of Jim's family. The memories I have of sleep overs in the apartment above the Seymour square, fried egg sandwiches and diet pepsis in the freezer--even if we didn't get them out before they froze and exploded in the freezer Jim never raises his voice.
