Jack Middleton's Obituary
Jack Middleton, age 93 of Moravia, Iowa died Wednesday, January 6, 2021 at Home.
Jack Calvin Middleton was born in Appanoose County, March 3, 1927 the son of John and Nora Allen Middleton. He graduated from Centerville High School, was employed by St. Josephs Mercy Hospital, later Mercy Hospital. He also farmed and was a member of the Dale Church.
Jack loved to garden, and can the produce from his garden. Jack enjoyed traveling with family. Jack loved his work family at mercy hospital. Perhaps most importantly Jack loved the Lord Jesus Christ and serving in his church. He was a gifted musician.
He is survived by a sister Donna Armstrong; as well as several nieces and nephews and great's.
He was preceded in death by siblings Ruby Vidas, Garnett Lobaugh, Seve Kondy, Harold Middleton, Vern Middleton, Ruth Kinnamon; an infant Floyd Middleton, Robert Middleton and Archie Middleton.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held, 11:00AM, Saturday, July 3, 2021 at Lange Funeral Home and Crematory in Centerville with Brian Peacock officiating. Burial took place at Felkner Cemetery following his cremation in January. Memorials have been established to FFA, and may be mailed to Lange Funeral Home and Crematory, C/O Middleton family, 1900 South 18th Street, Centerville, Iowa 52544.
