Jack Dean Dooley's Obituary
Jackie Dean Dooley, 78 of Seymour Iowa passed away June 2, 2025 in Corydon Iowa. Jack was born November 19, 1946 in Unionville, MO the son of Pearl and Irene (Womack) Dooley. He was raised in the Unionville area and graduated from Unionville High School. As a young boy, Jack's favorite thing to do was to go fishing.
Jack later moved to Kansas City, KS for 30 years before returning to the Northern Missouri/Southern Iowa area. He enjoyed going to the Casino for a night out or staying in and watching Westerns. Jack was an avid follower of Kansas City Chiefs Football and Kansas City Royals Baseball.
Jack was preceded in death by his parents and siblings Bill Dooley, Jim Dooley, Betty Dooley, Violet Riley, Mary Jean Gillispie, Pat Montegna and Sue Vandel.
He is survived by two brothers: Larry (Betty) Dooley of Promise City, IA and Danny Dooley of Kansas City, KS along with several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Graveside Services will be held Saturday, June 7, 2025 at 11:00 am at the Unionville Cemetery.
