Jack Lee Belloma's Obituary
Jackie Lee Belloma, 69, of Centerville passed away at Centerville Mercy One Thursday, October 27, 2022.
Jack was born on August 11, 1953, in Centerville to Joseph & Micheline (Haag) Belloma. He received his education from Centerville High School, graduating in 1972. He played baseball for one year at Indian Hills Community College.
Jack was united in marriage to Dee Alexander. To this union, a son Alex was born.
Jack was employed by the Centerville Foundry. He then went to work for Plywood Minnesota in Ottumwa, Iowa. After that he joined numerous other family members working for the Belloma construction crew. He then went on to work many years as a Quality Control Supervisor for Rubbermaid. Lastly, he served as the Quality Control Supervisor at B&K Machining.
Jack enjoyed spending time with his grandkids and his dog King. He liked golfing, going to the Eagles Club, hunting, supporting the Big Reds, Sooners, Yankees, Raiders, and talking with friends.
Survivors include his son, Alex Belloma, grandchildren Tralyn Kratofil and Taya Belloma; brothers Frank (Diane) Belloma, Jimmy (Sharon) Belloma, Tom (Donna) Belloma, sister Nancy (Steve) Ruby, and brother-in-law Larry Shondel. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister Mary Shondel.
Funeral service will be Monday, November 7, 2022, at 10:00 AM at Thomas Funeral Home in Centerville. Interment will immediately follow at Oakland Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday, November 6, 2022, from 12-5 pm, with family present from 3-5 pm at Thomas Funeral Home.
