Andrea and are so thankful for the notice regarding Caroline. We have many wonderful memories of her. She was a very gracious lady and a blessing to know. Caroline is one of the most special ladies that my mom ever was a friend with. She had the most powerful faith in our Lord. She had a heart of gold and played beautiful music. She wrote an addition to a song once, and I can still her playing and singing it in my head and it became one my favorites and I sing it when I need uplifting. Caroline is a precious friend, & one of the most lovely, genteel, & truly kind-hearted women of God we have ever known. What an inspiration! Caroline loved Israel & God's beloved with all of her heart, & taught us to pray for the Peace of Jerusalem, & the meaning behind that prayer. She called me last year during a crisis in my life, & she said that God had told her to call, & because of her prayers & obedience, God worked a miracle in that situation! She loved her family so much, her friends, & her group home family, & she loved Jesus with all of her heart, & now she is in His Presence. We cannot wait to see her again. I have had a close relationship with Caroline all of my life. She sat beside me in the church band, as we played our trombones when I was only 16 & on into the years. We worked together in the music, singing, playing the piano. We supported each other. Prayed for each other. Most of all she has always been a dear, close friend that I could always depend on. Her passing will bring a great change to my life, but I know without a doubt she has a great future with the Lord. She will be so happy when she open her eyes as she wakes in the presence of her sweet Jesus. I only pray that I will be there too. I'm going to miss you, Caroline. I have known Sis Caroline since I was a young boy. She was always a very proper and God loving person. She has been apart of the Gospel Tabernacle family since she was a young women for over 60 years and so many in the church knew her and her talent. As a young women she heard a message of a Restored Church that will Restore the gospel back to Jerusalem. Israel lost a great friend with her passing as she loved the Jewish people with her whole heart. She has written so many wonderful songs that we still sing today. It was an honor to be her pastor and she wrote me a beautiful poem that I will never forget nor let it go. Until we meet again dear sister, just inside the eastern gate! I Thank God Everyday For The Gift and the Forever Blessing of Seeing To It That Caroline and I's Paths Crossed To Become Forever Friends and Sisters In Christ for the past 17 years. We Shared a Tremendous Amount of the Fondest of Memories That Will Stay Forever In my Mind, Heart and Soul. She Taught Me About Israel, The Restoration of Israel, and God's Chosen People which I'm So Very Thankful For, As It Led Me To The Right Message and Vision In My Spiritual Life and Journey with My Lord, which also Led Caroline and I To the Gospel Tabernacle at 934 Scott In Kansas City, Kansas and Belton Mo., when she moved from Centerville, Iowa 9-01-2009, of which Caroline has been a part of the Gospel Tabernacle for over 50 years. I Loved Her Awesome Spirit, Her Kind and Caring Heart, Her Comical Sense of Humor, Her Decent, Moral and Loyal Character, Her Powerful Endless Faith In the Lord and the Many Ways She Served Him Daily including writing over 73 Gospel Songs that will continue to be played. I So Enjoyed and Loved All the Sharing of Her God Given Gifts and Many Talents Especially In Her Music Contributions In Which She also was Used as an Instrument of God. She was a Light Here On God's Created Earth and a Light That Will Never Go Out In The Hearts of Those Many Whose Lives She Wonderfully Touched. I, like many others can lose a lot of things throughout the Journey in our Lives, but No One Can Take Away the Special Bond of Loyal, Caring, and Loving Friendship We Shared or the Treasured Wealth of Memories and Blessings God Gave Us From It. I will think of Caroline as being on a Godly Temporary Leave of Absence until I See Her Again just inside the Eastern Gate In God's Promised Kingdom of Eternal Life ...
