Irving William Sargent's Obituary
Irving William Sargent, 82 of Exline passed away Tuesday, January 11, 2022 at his home.
Irving was born to Murray & Edna (Hill) Sargent on May 17, 1939 in Hanover, New Hampshire. Irving was united in marriage to Freda Day on March 3, 1962.
Irving worked several jobs throughout his life. He drove a truck, he did construction work, he was a driller of water wells. Irving was a handy guy. He enjoyed hunting, working in his garden, driving truck, trout fishing, visiting with his friends and loved traveling. His favorite place to travel was Nova Scotia - Prince Edward Island.
Survivors include his wife Freda Sargent, children: William Sargent (Lynelle), Edward Sargent, Janna Pierson (Todd), five grandchildren, three great grandchildren, sisters: Barbara Schieff, Elizabeth Calloway (Hank) and numerous extended family. He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers: Tal Sargent, Dave Sargent and Nick Bond.
Mr. Sargent's body has been cremated and no services will take place at this time. Memorials may be given to EveryStep Hospice and condolences may be shared at www.thomasfh.com or facebook.com/thomasfuneralhome.
