Ireta Virginia Cook, age 85, of West Des Moines, formerly of rural Moulton, Iowa, passed away Wednesday, November 27, 2019 at UnityPoint Health-Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines.
According to Iretas wishes, cremation has been accorded. There are no scheduled services at this time. Lange Funeral Home and Crematory of Centerville has been entrusted with caring for the Cook family.
