Helen Ross' Obituary
Helen Ross, age 91 of Centerville, Iowa died Saturday, July 14, 2012 at the Seymour Care Center, Seymour, Iowa.
Helen was born March 1, 1921 at Davenport, Iowa the daughter of Vern G. and Alma Hanson Marshall. She graduated from Centerville High School and worked for 10 years and National Lock Company. She lived in several communities including Davenport, Rockford, and moved to Centerville in 1985.
Helen is survived by three sons James (Deanna) Ross of Loves Park, IL, Donald (Linda) Ross of Roscoe, IL, Gene (Faye) Beer of Rockford, IL six grandchildren Eric, Jeff, Tonya, Jason, Storm, Mace; two sisters Lois Cridlebaugh of Centerville, Mildred Adamson of Centerville and a brother Vance Marshal of Flint Michigan.
She was preceded in death by a daughter Penny Christianson, her parents and a brother Clifford Marshall,
Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Wednesday, July 18, 2012 at the Lange Funeral Home & Crematory, Centerville with Pastor Mark Waits officiating. Visitation will be from 10AM until service time at 11AM Wednesday. Burial will be in the Oakland Cemetery, Centerville. A memorial has been established to the Apostolic Pentecostal Church in Centerville and may be given to Lange Funeral Home, 1900 S. 18th St., Centerville, Iowa, 52544.
