Helen Pedrick's Obituary
Helen Pedrick, 86 of Queen City, Missouri, passed away on January 13, 2021 at the Schuyler County Nursing Home in Queen City, Missouri. Helen Jean Guinn was born to Paul and Lena (Oliver) Guinn on March 4, 1934 in Dean, Iowa. Helen married Byron Gravit who later passed away. They had three children: Forrest, Eddie and Teresa. She was then united in marriage to Charles Horn, and together they had one child, Liz. After Charles' passing, Helen married Allan Pedrick. In her spare time, Helen enjoyed playing cards and going to casinos. She was always ready to dance and loved entertaining and cooking for her family. Helen will be dearly missed, but always remembered for her kind heart and loving spirit. Left to cherish Helen's memory are her husband Allan, children Forrest Horn (Diane), Eddie Paul Horn, Teresa Hetzler (Wayne) and Liz Hetzler (Orvie), her grandchildren Todd Horn (Julie), Kieth Horn (Dianne), Byron Horn, Eddie Paul Horn Jr. (Summer), Ryan Horn, Tyler Horn, Leah Brady (John), Leif Hetzler (Emily), Lisa Daly (Chris), Angela Halfpop (Jacob), Joni Crossgrove (Jonathon) and Josh Hetzler (Miranda), 19 great-grandchildren, 10 step-great-grandchildren, one great- great-grandchild, sisters Lucene Whisler (Jack), Eleanor Douglas and Fran Probasco (Jerry), and numerous extended family. Helen is preceded in death by her husband Byron Gravit, husband Charles Horn and sister Billie Jo Jay. Funeral service for Helen will be at 10:00 AM on Saturday, January 16, 2021 at the Thomas Funeral Home in Centerville with visitation on Friday, January 15 from 1:00 - 7:00 PM.
