Helen Daniel's Obituary
Helen Daniel, age 83 of Davenport, IA formerly of Centerville, IA died Monday February 16, 2004 at the Kahl Nursing Home Davenport.
She was born June 10, 1920 at Sullivan County, MO., the daughter of Everet Monte White and Celia Ancha Allen White. She was raised in Sullivan County , Missouri. She married Murl Daniel in Pollock, MO, on August 12, 1938 and he preceded her in death. She had been employed by City Book Store and was a member of the Grace Tabernacle Baptist Church.
She is survived by two children, Wayne E. Daniel and his wife Susan of Arvada, CO, and Carolyn Gott and her husband Marvin of Davenport, 5 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, a brother Donald White of St. Joseph MO.
She was preceded in death by her husband Murl, 3 brothers, and her parents.
A funeral service will be held at 11 AM Friday morning, February 20, 2004 at the Thomas Lange Funeral Home, Centerville with Pastor John Adams officiating. Friends may call Thursday with the family present from 6-8 PM at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Hanes Cemetery, north of Centerville.
