I'll never forget your strength and tenacity when watching you cross that finish line during the Color Run! You amazed me and I was so proud to share that with you, The Young and The Aw(e)some! I am so sad to hear of Heathers passing! I know there is nothing I, or anyone, can say to make things easier at a time like this, but I want her family to know that I loved Heather so much! We haven't seen each other since I moved from Centerville in 2008, but, she was still someone I considered a friend. She always had a smile, and loved her family very much! I did Heathers hair for her wedding, and I told her that I would find her a gift that, whenever she saw it, that she would always think of me. I don't know if she still had it, but, I found her a little pink pig that had a pacifier in its mouth. Heather liked pigs at that time, and she loved that silly pig! Funny how your mind will remember certain things that you thought were totally forgotten. I know Heather is out of pain and in Heaven. But she was an angel when she was here, so she will still be an angel in Heaven!! So, until we meet again, my dear friend!
