Gloria Horn's Obituary
Gloria Ann Horn, 76, of Moulton, Iowa, passed away on May 28, 2018 at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines. Gloria was born on January 3, 1942 in Burlington, IA to Mr & Mrs Fred Kinnaman and after graduating high school, Gloria attended Kirksville College where she obtained her degree in teaching. She was a longtime teacher at Oskaloosa Elementary School before retiring. Following retirement, Gloria looked forward to substitute teaching in Bloomfield, Iowa. Gloria married Russell Horn in Burlington in 1994. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and enjoyed flower gardening and spending time with her dog, Princess and her cat, Blue. Gloria is survived by her husband, Russell and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and several brothers and sisters. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 2, 2018 at Thomas Funeral Home in Moulton. Interment will follow at Forest Cemetery in Oskaloosa.
