Gerald Curtis Ewing's Obituary
Gerald Curtis Ewing, age 78 of Centerville passed away Friday, August 26, 2022 at his home.
Gerald was born on August 26, 1944, the son of Claude "Buster" Ewing Jr. and Hazel (McFarland) Ewing. On January 19, 1985 Gerald was united in marriage to Sharon Annette Housh. She passed away February 28, 2009.
Left to honor Geralds memory include his two sisters, Greta (Jay) Smith of Blue Eye, Missouri and Gloria (Dale) Cowan of Queen City, Missouri; a sister-in-law, Donna Ewing of Rio Pico, Arizona; his stepson, Thomas (Robin) Housh of Missouri Valley, Iowa.
Along with his parents and wife, Gerald was preceded in death by his brother, Grant Ewing.
According to Geralds wishes, cremation has been accorded at Lange Funeral Home and Crematory in Centerville. There are no services planned at this time. Memorials have been established to Gloria Cowan, to be determined at a later date, and may be mailed to Lange Funeral Home and Crematory, ATTN: Gerald Ewing family, 1900 South 18th Street, Centerville, Iowa 52544.
