So sad to hear of Gary passing away.
Rhonda and I lived next door to Gary and Phyllis on the end of north 3rd for several years. One could not ask for better neighbors. Gary was very particular about his yard and always kept it in immaculate condition. He and I would complete with each other on our yards.
Yes Gary was indeed a wonderful person and will be deeply missed.
