My mother and I were visiting Seymour in September, and we found Gary sitting in front of one of his shops, cigar in his mouth, and plenty of stories to tell to make us laugh. Nancy and Gary were definitely the high point of the day! My mom and I have been making our plans to return to Seymour next summer, but it will change the experience greatly not to see Gary sitting in his usual spot. We are so glad that we had a couple of afternoons to spend in his Aladdin's Caves of treasures. Nancy, we are thinking of you and hoping that you find comfort and support in your family and friends.
I used to work for Gary several years ago first in Derby at the elevator, then later at Seymour at the elevator. He was a very hard worker despite his only having one arm. I am sorry to hear about your loss, Sandy.
